Why is the Art Industry So Obsessed with Federal Funding?

As you can tell with the title of this post, this would have politics included here. First of all, we shouldn’t be ignoring politics. It’s the foundation of what our own futures could be like and for our children. The second we ignore politics, we’re telling the next generation that we don’t care about them. If anyone has any kids, try telling that to their face. Love is shown in actions. This is common sense. What we do matters.

Now to the point of this post. Since Elon Musk started with DOGE and exposing everything, President Trump has been working as well about how our own taxpayers should be. Federal funding comes from our own hard earned tax dollars. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want my tax dollars to go to grown adults with an art skill level of an 8 year old. I don’t want my tax dollars to go for Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs either. All the other art museums and other art schools and organizations can be offended all they want. We the people voted for this. We do not want to fund your fake art.

Federal funding has been sorely abused for decades and it’s about time it’s being reviewed. We the people do not want to fund woke programs. We do not want to support your AI motive either. We actually care about artists. There are many nonprofits who get their funding by donations by people in their own community. Quit being lazy and assume we want to support your ridiculous efforts. We have finally awakened and are pushing back against how ridiculous the arts industry has become too. If you’re offended, then good. Maybe you would wake up soon to the realization to how far the arts have plummeted through the years. We do not care about bananas being taped to a blank canvas either. We have values and we are now standing up for them whether you like it or not.

If your organization receives less funding, take that as a good thing so you can relearn what this industry is all about and what it should be like, not to promote a ridiculous agenda and praise grown adults who could pass off as a 5 year old creating art instead.

To everyone working in the arts – WAKE UP, because the majority of us do not like what you are doing.
